Joan Tuckruskye, 44, of Baldwin, NY has been arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by being caught half-naked with a 13 year old boy in the back of an elementary school.

Tuckruskye was found by police in her Nissan Pathfinder, which was running, in the back parking lot of the Meadow Elementary School at 10:30 PM. When police walked up to the rear of the vehicle they found both Tuckruskye and the boy naked from the waist down in the back seat.

Joan Tuckruskye is also a vice-president of the Baldwin Middle School PTA, which is also the school the 13 year old boy attends.

According to police, this is not the first time the two have met. Police are also trying to determine if a sex had took place. If that is found to be the case the charges could be upgraded. An official says the investigation is not over.

It seems that every day we are hearing stories similar to this one. You just have to scratch your head at the stupidity here.
